This item has a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. 

Warranty covers replacement only. Shipping costs may be incurred and will be the customer’s responsibility.

This warranty is for manufacturer defects only and does not cover misuse, lack of proper maintenance or disassembly.

To initiate a warranty claim, a video documenting the defect must be submitted to customercare@nailtechniques.com 

Upon approval, the customer must return the item to Nail Techniques for testing. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must let us know the following details:

• Detailed description of the defect
• Order number of original purchase.
• Tracking number for the package you’re sending back
• The address and contact info for us to ship back to you

When a product is deemed defective a replacement will be sent. Shipping for the replacement product will be the responsibility of the point of sale.
