What is a Fuzion Mentor?

Fuzion Mentors are results focused, experienced nail technicians who love Fuzion and are passionate about sharing their skills and helping others be the best technician they can be!

 

A Fuzion Mentor is a working nail professional who provides the student with the tools, guidance, support, and feedback that they need to thrive in their career. Mentors inspire and stay up to date on latest trends and techniques. Fuzion prides itself on providing high quality training for nail technicians from beginner to advanced.  The main role is to be a teacher, and even more importantly, their mentor.  Students thrive knowing that their mentor is there for them to work through any issues and challenges they face during their training. We are excited to be growing our brand and working with amazing professionals worldwide! 

 

 

What quality do we look for when adding to our team?

Passion!  You must have a desire and drive to help improve our industry by creating & guiding quality techs from the start, but also helping those who may not have had success right out of school to develop their skills, and build thriving businesses.As a Fuzion Mentor you can choose to focus on beginners, advanced techs, or both!

 

Finally, lets talk teamwork!  We actively seek positive, encouraging technicians to join our team.  It is an essential part of our corporate culture that educators are excited and willing to help their students, and team mates as much as possible.  

 

 

 What are the qualifications to become a Fuzion Mentor?

  • Professional Nail Technician Certification
  • Minimum 2 years working as a full time Nail Technician
  • Uses Fuzion products
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and follow guidelines as outlined
  • Have an active social media account to draw in potential students
  • Take pride in each student, and be willing to mentor students through to completion and beyond
