Where do you live?

Have you always been interested in footcare?

When I first began doing nails, I wasn't as interested in foot care. After about 2 years in the industry, I began noticing my clientele were older and the need for foot care was evident. That's when I began really looking into it and studying it and looking for classes. 

 

Why are you passionate about Nanoflex and what lead you to become a Nanoflex Educator?

I'm passionate about Nanoflex because I see the need for it in my clients. Wanting to share that knowledge to others so they could provide great foot care led me to begin my Nanoflex educator journey. 

Who Inspires you and why?

Lots of people and things inspire me. If I have to pick just one it would be my kids. They make me want to be better and show them you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

 

What’s your philosophy towards your work?

Work smarter not harder.

Proudest Career Moment?

Opening my own nail salon during the start of the pandemic and flourishing is my proudest career moment. I was actually shut down before I could open, however, I still had to pay my lease payment. I figured it out and was able to stay profitable until I could open the doors.

 

A sentence or quote that best describes you?

Life is short, so always find the positive in things and you'll always end up where you're meant to be.

 

What does being a role model mean to you?

Being a role model to me means be that person that people can turn to when they need help and you help them without judgement. It's not about being better than someone else. 

What advice would you give to your 10 yr old self?

The advice I would give to my 10 year old self would be to find something you are truly passionate about and find a way to make that your career. It will make you happier in the long run.

 

What is your favourite colour?

My favourite colour is purple!

 

Any hidden talents?

I don't really have any hidden talents, unless not sugar coating things is a talent.
